Unexpected Sources of Caffeine You Must Know


Most of us probably would choose coffee as sleep attacks. In principle, the caffeine in coffee that makes the body to stay awake, but should not be excessive. One day we may only consume 250 milligrams of caffeine. It’s the same with 2-3 cups of coffee.
When the body gets enough caffeine intakes, the ability to stay focused will make our days more excited. However, too much caffeine may cause side effects such as dehydration, insomnia, panic, and gastric disorders.

This amount is equal to a bottle of soft drink. However, between chocolate and coffee, chocolate ice cream has less caffeine, about 3 milligrams.
Painkiller pills. In small dose, caffeine can remove our headaches. But in lot doses of caffeine lead us headaches. So what to do with painkiller pills?
A lot of painkiller pills use caffeine for help to relieve the pain. Problems began to emerge when we are increasingly depends on painkiller pills. These pills not only to make us addicted and headaches, but also make us difficult to sleep.
